Responsibilities Collaborate with founders/technical leads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Source and identify qualified engineers through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact and scheduling interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.Work closely with the internal team to improve the candidates' recruitment experience.Curious about the market changes, industry practices in hiring, and no code tools. Requirements Prior experience in hiring for technical roles.Knowledge of ATS and work management tools like Trello, Asana, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Process-oriented and able to document interview notes, track the stages, and share with key stakeholders.Work from the office is preferred.
