<li>Provide companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities</li>
<li>Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation</li>
<li>Prepare meals and assist with feeding</li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying</li>
<li>Provide transportation to appointments when needed</li>
<li>Monitor client condition and report changes promptly</li>
<li>Follow care plans and infection control guidelines</li>

<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active CNA license or HHA certificate <strong>required</strong> (we can discuss based on the specific case)</li>
<li>Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the United States</li>

<strong>Physical Requirements<br></strong><br>

<li>Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to assist with mobility and transfers</li>
