HR Strategy & Leadership o Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business direction. o Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.  Talent Acquisition & Retention o Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization. o Develop programs to improve employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction.  Performance Management & Development o Oversee performance management systems to ensure continuous development and alignment with company goals.  Compensation & Benefits o Manage compensation, rewards, and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the market. o Conduct regular benchmarking and review of employee benefits to ensure they meet employee needs and company budget.  Employee Relations & Engagement o Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, employee engagement, and effective conflict resolution.  Compliance & Risk Management o Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.  HR Operations & Reporting o Oversee the development and implementation of HR metrics to track and report on key performance indicators.
