Need help regarding career switch and progression

Hi Everyone, I hope you guys are having a decent start to the week. I wanted to get your views, and suggestions regarding my career and how to progress in tech. Current Org: One of the WITCH orgs, India Comp: Peanuts (~8 LPA) YoE: 1.5 I want to understand if I can crack FAANG or great Product based Orgs, or is my WITCH job somewhat of a bottleneck, and I should rather prep for GATE and either a.) Get a cushy PSU job or b.) Target top 5 IITs for a MS/MTech. I have started working on personal projects as well, so I am giving myself this whole year and then some in 2026 as well. I am ready to hustle, just need some advice and need to know possible bottlenecks that can happen during interviews, OAs, etc., and general advice.
