Your Role In The Big Picture

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in building a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management, you’ll help shape an environment where innovation thrives and teams feel connected.

What You’ll Create & Contribute

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding
  • Support talent acquisition strategies and employer branding efforts across platforms
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences and conduct new employee orientation sessions
  • Act as the go-to contact for employee queries, grievances, and workplace guidance
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture through engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and feedback tracking
  • Handle employee benefits and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and audit standards
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and team health
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance documentation, and HR operational tasks
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to support retention and continuous improvement

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and employee branding
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for talent acquisition
  • Prior experience hiring for creative or advertising roles is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, people-first approach
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing team needs
