About the Role:

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Campaign Manager to join our Campaign Operations team. This role is at the heart of our creator marketing engine—responsible for ensuring influencer campaigns run like clockwork. From onboarding creators to coordinating timelines and deliverables, you'll manage end-to-end campaign operations, working closely with creators and brands to deliver high-quality results on time and with excellence.

Requirements

  • Creator & Influencer Management:


Source, onboard, and manage creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Ensure all creator deliverables meet campaign expectations, brand guidelines, and timelines

Proactively handle creator queries, approvals, and revisions

  • Campaign Execution & Coordination:


Lead campaign operations from brief to completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time

Coordinate timelines, content submissions, and feedback loops across stakeholders

Maintain campaign trackers and ensure zero slippage across deliverables

  • Client & Brand Liaison:


Act as the operational point of contact for brands, ensuring clear communication and consistent updates

Manage expectations, feedback, and approvals from brand partners throughout the campaign lifecycle

  • Operational Oversight:


Handle contracts, timelines, payments, and backend processes for seamless execution

Troubleshoot any issues across the campaign journey with speed and ownership

  • Reporting & Performance:


Track and report campaign performance metrics post-live

Prepare detailed campaign summaries and actionable insights for clients and internal teams

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Work with internal teams across strategy, creative, legal, and sales to ensure full alignment

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or campaign operations
  • Strong operational mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills to handle both creator and brand interactions
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of campaigns under tight deadlines
  • Experience using influencer platforms and tools is a strong plus
  • Startup or agency background preferred
