<li> Assist lead technicians with installing residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork. </li>
<li> Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment before installations. </li>
<li> Support troubleshooting and basic repair work as needed. </li>
<li> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. </li>
<li> Communicate professionally with team members and customers during installations. </li>
</ul><div>Requirements</div><ul>
<li> Mechanical aptitude or basic HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required. </li>
<li> Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in indoor and outdoor conditions. </li>
<li> Strong communication and teamwork skills. </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. </li>
<li> Dependable attendance and willingness to learn from experienced technicians. </li>
