Our customer base is global with distributors in Europe and Asia.</div><div><br></div><div>We are searching for a full-time Material Handler / Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely delivery of products to our customers.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records and performing cycle counts.</li>
<li>Accurately pick and prepare materials kits for manufacturing.</li>
<li>Pack and prepare outgoing shipments of finished products.</li>
<li>Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding inventory discrepancies or shipping issues.</li>
<li>Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.</li>
<li>Cross-train to support other departments and take on additional responsibilities, including assisting in manufacturing when required.</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.</li>
<li>2+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic technical drawings and related inspection equipment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP or inventory systems experience preferred).</li>
<li>Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.</li>
<li>Willingness to cross-train and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities in a small company environment.</li>
<li>Forklift certification.</li>

<strong>Personal Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Frequent bending, stooping, and standing.</li>
<li>Ability to operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely.</li>
