Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Staff Nurse position located in Thane. The Staff Nurse will play a vital role in patient care, managing day-to-day clinical responsibilities such as administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and providing compassionate support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with the medical team to develop care plans, and educating patients and their families about disease management and recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and evaluating patient progress
- Thorough knowledge of patient care standards, infection control protocols, and emergency care procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient education and coordinate within a multidisciplinary team
- Organizational and time-management skills for effective documentation and case handling
- Experience in oncology or transplant patient care is highly desirable
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, along with relevant licensure and certifications
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
