Role Overview
We are hiring a
Field Onboarding Specialist responsible for expanding Helpee’s caregiver and vendor network on the ground.
This is a
high-ownership, field-heavy role where you will directly drive supply growth by onboarding caregivers and partners through camps, stalls, and local outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage on-ground onboarding camps/stalls in targeted areas
- Identify and onboard:
- Caregivers (attenders, nurses, companions)
- Vendor partners / agencies
- Explain Helpee platform, earning model, and work process clearly
- Verify basic documents and eligibility of caregivers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation
- Maintain daily onboarding targets and reporting
- Build local networks to generate continuous onboarding leads
Who Should Apply
- Experience in field sales / recruitment / onboarding / operations
- Comfortable with on-ground execution (not a desk job)
- Strong communication skills (Kannada + Hindi/English preferred)
- Ability to convince and build trust with blue-collar workforce
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in:
- Healthcare staffing
- Gig workforce onboarding
- Vendor acquisition
- Familiarity with Bengaluru localities
Compensation
- Fixed salary (30k to 35k) + performance incentives
- Travel allowance (for field work)
