Role Description
This is an Internship, hybrid role based in Noida for an Onboarding Specialist in the EdTech industry. The Onboarding Specialist will manage and support the onboarding process for new teachers, coaching institutes, schools and colleges, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience on the platform. Responsibilities include establishing strong client relationships, providing excellent communication and guidance, and addressing any challenges or queries during onboarding. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful integration of educators onto the platform.
