Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist located in Gurugram. The Onboarding Specialist will support new clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client onboarding workflows, providing guidance and support, resolving concerns, and facilitating a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and the organisation while ensuring all expectations are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build positive client relationships
- Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and positive client experiences
- Analytical Skills to identify client needs and ensure accurate implementation of solutions
- Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
