Role Description
The Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. This role is ideal for freshers or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in client communication, sales flow, and onboarding within the fashion + tech space.
Your role will include:
– Initiating conversations with potential clients
– Understanding their requirements through discovery calls
– Explaining our services and pricing structure
– Converting leads into clients
– Managing the onboarding process
