This is a full-time remote role for a Business Growth & Onboarding Specialist at KONNTO.
The role involves speaking with business owners, understanding their operational challenges, explaining KONNTO’s services and systems, guiding them through onboarding, and helping transition clients into structured operational workflows.
You will be responsible for managing discovery calls, client onboarding, follow-ups, requirement collection, and coordination with internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct discovery and onboarding calls with business owners
* Explain KONNTO’s operational systems and service offerings
* Understand client business challenges and operational gaps
* Guide businesses through onboarding and setup processes
* Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospective clients
* Coordinate internally with operations and management teams
* Maintain onboarding records, documentation, and updates
* Ensure smooth transition from onboarding to operations management
* Build strong professional relationships with clients

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to confidently handle business conversations
* Experience in onboarding, business development, client servicing, or B2B sales

* Familiarity with CRM/workflow tools is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
