Job Title: Implementation / Onboarding Specialist
Location: Hyderabad office-based role in US shift
1) Role Summary:
The Implementation / Onboarding Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful
onboarding and implementation of new customers onto the company’s SaaS platform for US
based customers based out of Hyderabad on fully work from office environment in US time
Zone. The role focuses on owning customer during onboarding and assisting customers with
system setup, configuration, training, and initial adoption to ensure a smooth transition and
positive customer experience.
2) Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Onboarding
• Assist in onboarding new customers onto the SaaS platform.
• Support customers during initial account setup and configuration.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and kick-off meetings.
2. Implementation Support
• Help configure system settings based on customer requirements.
• Support data migration, user setup, and workflow configuration.
• Document implementation steps and maintain project tracking updates.
3. Customer Training
• Conduct basic product walkthroughs and onboarding sessions.
• Provide guidance on system usage and best practices.
• Share training materials and onboarding documentation.
4. Issue Coordination
• Identify and escalate technical or configuration issues to the appropriate internal
teams (Product, Engineering, Support).
• Track implementation issues and ensure timely resolution.
5. Documentation
• Maintain onboarding checklists and implementation documentation.
• Record customer requirements and configuration details in CRM or ticketing tools.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Support, Product, and Sales teams
to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
3) Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2. Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud software.
3. 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, support on SaaS
operations.
4. Exposure to US client and US Healthcare Process is added advantage.
