Role Description
This is a remote, internship role for an Onboarding Specialist at ContCave. The Onboarding Specialist will assist new clients or property owners in navigating the platform, ensuring a smooth and positive signup experience. Responsibilities include providing guidance and support during the onboarding process, maintaining clear and effective communication, and addressing user inquiries and issues efficiently. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and clarify client needs
- Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding processes
- Analytical skills to identify and address customer challenges effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding sessions
- Familiarity with digital platforms or marketplaces is a plus
- Passion for creative industries (media, production, or content creation) is highly desirable
