Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist with international onboarding experience to manage the smooth onboarding of global healthcare providers, partners, and clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordination, training, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of international healthcare providers, therapists, doctors, and wellness experts.
- Coordinate with global partners across different time zones and countries.
- Guide new providers through registration, credential verification, contracts, and platform setup.
- Conduct onboarding calls, orientation sessions, and platform training.
- Ensure all documents comply with internal and international standards.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records in CRM and internal systems.
- Resolve onboarding-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with operations, support, and tech teams for smooth activation.
- Improve onboarding processes to enhance provider experience and reduce turnaround time.
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, operations, or customer success.
- Prior international onboarding / global client handling experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Experience managing international calls, emails, and coordination.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Working Schedule
- 6 days working from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
