Role Description The Onboarding & Operations Associate (Calling + Vendor Success) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The associate will onboard new vendors onto the BharatTender platform, guide them through registration, and ensure their profiles and tender-related information are accurate and complete. Day-to-day work includes conducting outbound and inbound calls, resolving vendor queries, and providing proactive support to help vendors participate effectively in RFQs and tenders. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to streamline operational processes, monitoring vendor performance and engagement, and identifying improvements in workflows and communication. The associate will maintain detailed records in internal systems, support training and demos, and contribute to a smooth, reliable procurement experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations skills, including process coordination, data handling, and workflow management.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build trust, maintain vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret vendor activity, identify patterns, and suggest operational improvements.
- Clear and confident Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for high-volume calling and vendor support.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and user satisfaction.
- Comfort with technology and digital platforms; experience with CRM or support tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in operations, support, or vendor management in B2B or marketplace environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work from the Gurugram office and manage a structured, target-oriented workday.
