About the Role
The Onboarding Expert plays a crucial role at QuikyGo. This position ensures a steady supply
of staff to meet customer demand and supports the marketing team in scaling operations
rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Cold calling potential gig workers from provided data
● Explaining the benefits of joining QuikyGo
● Assisting them in completing the app signup process
Work Details:
● Remote (Work From Home)
● 5 days per week
● 40 hours per week
● Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Recruitment Process
The selection process includes two stages:
1. Task (Sales Call & App Signup)
2. Final Interview
📂 About the Task
You will receive 20 contact details from a specific location in Bangalore. Your objective is to call
them and onboard at least 2 staff members on the QuikyGo app (complete signup) within 48
hours.
You may highlight the following points while pitching:
QuikyGo is an on-demand house help platform
● Staff receive bookings within 1 km of their location
● ₹150 per hour (among the highest in the market)
● Flexible working hours – accept bookings anytime
● Average 4 hours of work daily (~₹18,000 extra monthly income)
● Trusted by 3,000+ staff
While onboarding, you must also confirm and record their availability (e.g., Monday to Friday
after 5 PM IST). This is mandatory as it needs to be updated on the portal.
Portal Process
Once the staff member agrees to join:
1. Add their details on the portal first:

2. Only after adding their details on the portal, share the app link with them.
If you share the app link before adding them on the portal, they may register as a customer
instead of a service provider.
3. Guide them through the complete app signup process, including:
- Bank details
- Aadhaar details
4. Once completed, you can check their signup status on the portal.
