At DROPDASH, we are redefining the dropshipping landscape by connecting trusted suppliers with D2C brands and e-commerce entrepreneurs worldwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen client partnerships and contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Do
• Generate and convert leads from e-commerce sellers, Shopify stores, Amazon/Flipkart sellers, influencers, and dropshipping businesses.
• Promote our end-to-end dropshipping logistics services, including warehousing, order fulfillment, packaging, last-mile delivery, and COD services.
• Understand client business models, product categories, and operational challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including outreach, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, onboarding, and retention.
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on e-commerce, logistics, and dropshipping trends to identify new opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and maintain revenue forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment services, courier/cargo, or SaaS.
• Understanding of dropshipping workflows, including inventory synchronization, order routing, shipping, and returns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to clearly explain logistics processes to new sellers and dropshippers.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
Bonus Points If You
• Have experience working with D2C brands or Shopify sellers.
• Understand performance marketing or online selling ecosystems.
• Possess an existing network within the e-commerce or dropshipping space.
