About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Onboarding Executive to acquire and onboard SMEs onto SMEPAY’s digital payment and financial solutions. The role involves lead generation, product demos, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire SME customers through outreach.
- Pitch and demo SMEPAY solutions to business owners.
- Drive onboarding, activation, and usage.
- Maintain relationships and resolve customer issues.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates.
Requirements- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (fintech/SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
