About the Role
This role exists to ensure seamless implementation of our Transport Management System (TMS), turning customer requirements into real, working solutions. You’ll drive end-to-end onboarding—from discovery to go-live—ensuring customers realize value quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of Pando’s TMS platform for enterprise customers
- Lead requirement gathering sessions to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals
- Translate requirements into scalable solutions aligned with product capabilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including CXO-level interactions
- Drive solution design, configuration, and alignment across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support)
- Manage UAT cycles—ensure scenarios are validated, feedback is incorporated, and stakeholders are aligned
- Lead go-live planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition to production
- Provide hypercare support post go-live—resolve issues, ensure adoption, and stabilize operations
- Track implementation milestones, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in implementation preferably any TMS platform.
- Strong experience in solutioning, and stakeholder management
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, with confidence and clarity
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
- High ownership mindset—you drive outcomes, not just tasks
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
