Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an On-Site Supervisor, based in Bengaluru, India. The On-Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing project timelines, monitoring safety protocols, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients. Daily tasks include supervising workers, inspecting site work, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring seamless execution in line with project requirements and goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, and interior/exterior design workflows
- Strong skills in problem-solving, quality control, and resource management
- Familiarity with safety standards, legal regulations, and compliance processes
- Proficient in using tools and technology for project tracking and reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Expertise in Construction field without any of the above degree
