Manifesto Designs is looking for an experienced and proactive On-Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of premium residential and commercial interior projects across Mumbai.

📍 Position Details:
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site (Field Role)
Experience: 3–7 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution across civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, material specifications, and company quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and daily on-site activities.
- Coordinate material deliveries, inventory, and site documentation.
- Maintain daily progress reports, client updates, and execution records.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with building regulations and site protocols.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-outs, residential, or commercial project execution.
- Strong knowledge of civil work, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, elevations, and construction documents.
- Experience managing multiple contractors, labour teams, vendors, and project schedules.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Familiarity with Mumbai building regulations and society approvals is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Mumbai, Thane, and surrounding areas.
