Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Site Supervisor based in Noida. The On-Site Supervisor will oversee construction sites, manage project execution, ensure adherence to design plans, and collaborate with contractors and vendors. Key responsibilities include planning resources, monitoring project timelines and budgets, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also requires frequent communication with clients and team members to ensure smooth project operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, construction management, and resource planning
- Proficiency in reading design plans and blueprints, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in architectural/interior or construction projects is a must
