Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an On-Site B2B Sales Executive, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new B2B clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. Additional responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, and lead generation
- Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in business tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in the food industry or plant-based product segment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
