🎬 On-Set Supervisor
About People Media Factory :
People Media Factory is one of India's leading digital entertainment companies, creating high-quality content across multiple platforms. We are looking for an experienced On-Set VFX Supervisor to bridge the gap between production and post-production, ensuring VFX shots are planned and captured accurately during filming.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise VFX requirements during shoots.
- Coordinate with Directors, DOPs, Production, and VFX teams.
- Ensure proper capture of green screen, tracking markers, camera/lens data, HDRI, and reference materials.
- Review shot execution to ensure it meets VFX requirements.
- Communicate on-set changes and technical requirements with post-production teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in VFX production or as an On-Set VFX Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of VFX workflows and production pipelines.
- Knowledge of camera tracking, compositing, CGI, and post-production processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on films, OTT content, commercials, or digital productions.
