Role Description
As an On Job Trainee, you will work in a dynamic environment, actively participating in day-to-day operations at the Bahadurgarh facility. Responsibilities include hands-on involvement in manufacturing processes, learning operational workflows, and contributing to projects under the guidance of senior team members. This is a full-time, on-site role aimed at providing practical industry experience, skill enhancement, and exposure to cutting-edge steel production technologies.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn and understand steel manufacturing processes and workflows
- Basic knowledge in engineering principles, operations, and problem-solving
- Proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic industrial setting
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt and learn from feedback
- Hands-on skills with tools and operational software are a plus
- Graduate or diploma in engineering or a related field
- Ability to work in a controlled on-site environment
