Role Summary
A hands-on, on-ground role focused on providing physical assistance to clients across their
healthcare journey — from hospital admissions to diagnostic visits, appointments, and report
collection. The Relationship Manager is the in-person presence of Healync, ensuring patients and
families are supported at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Physical Client Visits: Conduct in-person visits to clients at homes, hospitals, and diagnostic
- centres to deliver assistance and reassurance.
- Admission Procedures: Accompany clients during hospital admissions — paperwork, deposits,
- insurance/TPA formalities, and room allocation.
- Appointment Visits: Escort clients to doctor consultations and outpatient appointments,
- ensuring smooth check-in and coordination with hospital staff.
- Diagnostic Visits: Accompany clients to scans, lab tests, and other diagnostic procedures,
- helping with logistics and on-site support.
- Reports Collection: Collect medical reports, prescriptions, and discharge summaries from
- hospitals and diagnostic centres on behalf of clients.
- Coordination: Liaise between clients, hospitals, doctors, and Healync's internal team to ensure
- timely follow-ups and continuity of care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate case notes and visit logs in Healync's internal systems after
- every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English + local language).
- Empathetic, calm, and reliable; comfortable around hospitals and clinical settings.
- Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours, including emergencies.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones and computer applications.
- Healthcare/client-facing experience is a plus — freshers welcome
