About the Role
Chasehorse Logiworkx is looking for responsible and proactive professionals to join as On-Field Logistics CX Leads on a assignment based model.
This role is suited for individuals who can independently manage on-ground logistics tasks, ensure smooth execution at client locations, and maintain high standards of operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and manage logistics assignments through the company application
- Visit client locations as per assigned schedules
- Lead and oversee on-site operations as per defined SOPs
- Ensure tasks are executed accurately and efficiently
- Capture and upload task-related images as proof of completion
- Update task status in the application before leaving the location
Scope of Work
Assignments may include, but are not limited to:
- Warehouse visits and operational supervision
- Loading and unloading supervision
- On-site returnable material management
- Documentation and verification tasks
- Visits to GST or other official offices
- Coordination and supervision of logistics activities at site
Engagement Process
- Complete onboarding with the company
- Gain access to the mobile application
- Receive task notifications based on your location
- Accept assignments based on your availability
- Execute and oversee tasks at the assigned location
- Submit completion proof via the application
Work Structure
- Type: Gig-based professinals / Freelance / Consultant / Job Based.
- Flexibility: Work based on your availability
- Location: Tasks assigned in nearby areas
- Compensation: Payment on a per-task basis
