The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce websites. This role demands expertise in both Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for e-commerce businesses. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with 3+ years of experience in performance marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses, with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies tailored for e-commerce. Campaign Management: Set up and manage Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for high ROI, including bid adjustments, keyword management, and A/B testing of ads and landing pages. Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends. Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and recommendations. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Microsoft Merchant Center. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Bing Ads analytics tools. Experience with feed management tools such as DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or Shopify-integrated solutions. Performance Metrics: Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and conversion rates through both platforms. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements. Creativity: Strong skills in writing compelling ad copy and designing engaging visuals. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Bing Ads Certifications. Familiarity with additional advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus. Basic knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid campaigns.
