🔎 Job Summary
The Functional Specialist (ISG) will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing OMS processes, ensuring seamless integration and improved operational efficiency. The role requires strong technical capabilities along with Finance & Accounting domain knowledge.

✔ Analyze and improve OMS processes aligned with business goals
✔ Configure & customize Sterling OMS as per business needs
✔ Drive partner enablement strategies
✔ Integrate OMS with finance & accounting systems

✔ Provide ongoing support & troubleshooting
✔ Ensure compliance with industry standards
✔ Maintain proper documentation
