About the role

Purpose

The main purpose of the Corporate Performance Lead is to support in managing and improving corporate balance scorecards and KPIs. The lead is expected to use specialized reporting software and dashboards, deriving corporate performance monitoring, providing analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support as well as delivering progress reports in-line with OMRAN’s business plan goals.


Responsibilities


Strategic Contribution

  • Assess Corporate Quality of corporate KPIs.
  • Ensure Data accuracy of projects and initiatives in terms of budget, project plan and all relevant data.
  • Preparing reports for top management on corporate performance.

Group

OMRAN being a Group/Holding level government-owned company, it is expected from all its staff members to provide services within the domain of their Job Description to OMRAN, its subsidiary companies, and its other assets, whenever required and requested by their Line Managers in accordance with the company’s needs and as seen appropriate by the senior management of OMRAN.

Operational

  • Manage corporate performance dashboards and align corporate business plan objectives with national tourism programs and vision 2040 priorities.
  • Manage performance and monitoring software to track and improve the progress of key projects and initiatives across OMRAN Group.
  • Obtain updates from project owners on a regular basis and ensure thorough follow-up in the process.
  • Examine and assess economic and market trends, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable business and investment analytics.
  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support.
  • Support in preparing bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for corporate performance improvement.
  • Develop models that help with decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Regularly meeting with company managers, subsidiary managers, shareholders, asset and fund managers, and investors and network with industry professionals.


Related Assignments

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by Line Manager.

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Operation Management or other related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of related experience.
