Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Campaign Enablement role reports to the Director, Project Management and is a key position in driving day-to-day momentum of the Comfluence Prime Video team. As a trusted counsel and partner for the Operations and Strategic Leads of the account, this role is an extension of the leadership team. It helps in setting the Sports OR Originals team goals and driving momentum cross-functionally across the Comfluence teams to deliver the LOB’s vison.
The Campaign Enablement Associate Director embodies our agile agency product and fosters collaboration across agency teams to deliver quality work, design process optimizations, and foster retrospective learnings for future success.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with team leadership to convert business objectives into agency performance metrics.
- Utilizing PMO work processes, utilities, tools, templates, and methodologies to help business and client teams operate independently.
- Developing Prime Video campaign schedules in Adobe Workfront and managing daily actions within the platform.
- Tracking campaigns and project deliverables with real-time accuracy, ensuring consistently high product and work quality.
- Overseeing project progress, identifying potential obstacles, and communicating risks to stakeholders across the Prime Video account.
- Managing training and onboarding processes for Adobe Workfront.
- Providing strategic recommendations for addressing delivery challenges.
- Applying practical project management experience to facilitate strategic problem-solving.
- Guiding the development of Prime Video Operations projects, including dashboard maintenance.
- Promoting an open and collaborative work environment.
- Participating in both internal and external client meetings.
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Mentoring and sharing best practices with fellow project managers across client engagements.
Desired Qualifications
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
