Responsibilities Take ownership of all campaign activations and ensure their successful execution. Entering and tweaking HTML, CSS, custom Personalization Language (AMP Script, Liquid etc.) for proper deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Along with knowledge of SQL. Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, social, and web channels. Analyze and tackle campaigns based on requirements, ensuring effective targeting and personalization. Perform meticulous quality checks before activating customer journeys. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to customer journeys, data, or email deliverability. Have knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze. Thorough understanding of email rendering in mobile devices, web-based email clients, and desktop clients. Work efficiently and optimize campaign execution on CRM platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, email, content, and design teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet appropriate deadlines. Qualifications A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory) Minimum of 2 to 4 years in a SFMC technical role, Perform campaign build and execution on SFMC or similar platforms as per requirements. Experience on digital development skills and experience (landing pages, banners, etc.) Experience dev skills in HTML, CSS & SQL Experience working with mobile and web templates with AMP script & Liquid. Past experience in Email development Familiar with ad publishers (e.g. Salesforce, Engage) is a plus. Proven experience with modern web standards and cross-browser compatibility issues Photoshop, Sketch proficiency required to manipulate assets Knowledge of data engineering principles and their application in campaign execution is a plus. Exposure to JavaScript and CMS (e.g. Drupal and/or WordPress) is a plus. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, social, and web channels.
