Role Description

The Omni Sports Advisor is responsible for driving customer engagement by providing expert advice, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a passion for sports. In this full-time, on-site role based in Vasant Vihar, the advisor will assist customers in selecting equipment, demonstrate product usage, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Duties include organizing and maintaining the store, ensuring proper inventory display, staying updated on product knowledge, and actively promoting Decathlon's values and offerings. Collaboration with teammates to achieve store goals and support events is a key aspect of this role.

• Experience in Coaching and Sports Coaching
• Strong Communication skills
