As an Omni-Sport Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand—driving both our in-store experience and our digital omnichannel growth.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver WOW Customer Experiences: Greet, connect, and guide users to understand their unique sporting needs. Build and engage with local sports communities.
- Be a Layout & Omnichannel Expert: Keep our store layout looking best-in-class, introduce customers to our online catalog, and find smart ways to grow your sport's presence in the local area.
- Drive Sustainable Change: Champion our "Planet" goals by promoting circular economy initiatives (like Second Life products and reducing waste).
