DESCRIPTION:
Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating mechanical floor cleaning equipment in a "Manufacturing and office" environment.

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and recycle receptacles.
• Police public areas.
• Dust mop, sweep, wet mop floors.
• Vacuum rugs and carpets.
• Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
• Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces.
• Dust, clean, and polish furniture.
• Clean elevators and stairwells.
• Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.
• Perform related work as required and instructed.
