Part - TIme Janitor - Mountain View Precinct (Weekends & Holidays)

Position: Janitor – Weekend & Holidays
Location: Mountain View Precinct – Phoenix Police Department - 2075 E. Maryland Ave., Phoenix, AZ
Type: Part Time – 7:30am - 11:30am Saturday and Sunday and Holidays 7:30am - 2:00pm

PHOENIX POLICE DEPARTMENT BACKGROUND AND FINGERPRINTING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 30 - 45 DAYS. We will offer immediate temporary employment if there is another position available until the background is complete.  The cost of the badge is $55 out of pocket.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Phoenix Police Department facilities. Key Responsibilities:

•            Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.

•            Clean and sanitize locker room, exercise room, holding cells, patio area, and parking lot.

•            Clean and sanitize break room, briefing room, kitchens, and water fountains.

•            Empty trash and recycling bins.

•            Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and entrance mats.

•            Dust fixtures, clean glass.

•            Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

•            Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.

•            Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

•            As directed by OMEX Management

 

Qualifications:

•            Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.

•            Strong attention to detail and reliability.

•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•            Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

•            A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.

•            Must be 18 years or older.

 

Phoenix Police Background Check Required

1.     Real Identity / Legal Name

2.     Felony and Misdemeanor records Check

3.     County checks for Arizona and anywhere the applicant has lived

4.     Minimum of 7-year history

5.     Criminals Records check

6.     Sexual offender search

7.     Outstanding warrants

8.     Current criminal investigations

9.     Current parole or probation

 

 All Applicants must provide

1.     A scanned copy of the front and back of the government issued photo ID

2.     A scanned copy of the front and back of the Social Security Card

3.     620 Finger print form

4.     COP Police Department Clearance From

5.     Badge and Key fee, $55.
