Role Overview We are hiring a high-caliber Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This role is perfect for someone from a consulting background looking to transition into a high-growth startup environment. You'll be a force multiplier—helping the founder manage priorities, drive execution, and lead strategic initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the founder to drive strategic priorities and day-to-day operations. Take status updates and align deliverables across product, tech, ops, and marketing teams. Run cross-functional reviews, track OKRs, and follow up on key projects. Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations for internal and external meetings. Act as a problem-solver—own and execute operational challenges independently. Ideal Candidate 3–4 years of experience in a consulting firm or a high-growth startup in a founder's office or strategy role. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
