About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Engineering and Product roles within the Fintech industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent for high-growth fintech startups and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Tech & Product roles, including Backend, Frontend, Data, DevOps, Security, and Product Management.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top fintech talent.
- Assess candidates for both technical expertise and culture fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche fintech roles.
- Stay updated on fintech hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in tech recruitment, specifically for fintech startups or enterprises.
- Strong understanding of fintech stacks, engineering principles, and product development.
- Experience hiring for mid-senior and leadership roles in engineering and product teams.
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in fintech hiring agencies or in-house fintech recruitment.
- Knowledge of UPI, Payments, Lending, Insurtech, Neobanks, etc. hiring.
