About the role

About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Engineering and Product roles within the Fintech industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent for high-growth fintech startups and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for Tech & Product roles, including Backend, Frontend, Data, DevOps, Security, and Product Management.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top fintech talent.
  • Assess candidates for both technical expertise and culture fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche fintech roles.
  • Stay updated on fintech hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in tech recruitment, specifically for fintech startups or enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of fintech stacks, engineering principles, and product development.
  • Experience hiring for mid-senior and leadership roles in engineering and product teams.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in fintech hiring agencies or in-house fintech recruitment.
  • Knowledge of UPI, Payments, Lending, Insurtech, Neobanks, etc. hiring.
