Top requirements for the role-
✔ Experience in financial products like Personal Loan (5L ticket size) and STPL (50k to 1L ticket size)
✔ Experience across any other financial product like BNPL, Credit via UPI, Business Loans, Credit Cards, etc. would be an added advantage but not mandatory 
✔ Should have led teams of risk managers, data analysts and data scientists
✔ Should have a minimum experience of 12 years overall in the digital lending domain
✔ Should be in Bangalore (the entire process for this role will be F2F)
