Product Manager, User Products

Oliveboard is looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our user-facing products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our user-facing products, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Understand user needs and pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to execute on the product roadmap • Analyze product usage data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancement • Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation Requirements: • 2-5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and growing user-facing products • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user insights into product strategy • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Figma, Asana, Agile) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
