About the role

Responsibilities Outbound calls for conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.Pitch various products including mock tests, analytics, and online learning platforms.Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the objectives.Proactively identify the cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing users.Customer Relationship Management.Handle customer queries through chat and inbound calls.Provide constant customer feedback to the product and marketing teams. Requirements 2 to 4 years of Sales & BD experience via calls and live chat (Preferably from Edtech)Effective communication skills - English and Hindi (Mandatory)Any other regional language expertise - Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali is a plus.Understanding of CRM tools.Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.Basic knowledge of various competitive exams is a plus.
