About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented International Sales Manager to Rice business development. Who will be responsible to : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share for rice. Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Requirements An understanding of how, and the willingness to go the extra mile, to bring added business value. MBA with 3-6 years of post-qualification in FMCG/Trading/Commodities etc. Role would require travelling 2 weeks per month Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills Key Skills: - Negotiations; International trade – Import/export process/Docs/Trade instruments like LC etc.
