Software Engineer 2 - Fullstack (Auth0)

In order to achieve that, the team focuses mainly in three different themes: Account Governance, Team Management, and Team Security. We work with NodeJS, Typescript, React, and Postgres/MongoDB databases and our services run on both AWS and Azure. The Software Engineer 2 Opportunity Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role contributes to the overall mission of the team of enhancing the developer journey by designing and implementing meaningful, secure and collaborative features that create an enterprise ready experience for our customers, with a focus on improving the user experience while achieving engineering excellence. You will also contribute to the improvements of our team delivery and collaboration processes and support other colleagues, contributing to their growth and the overall maturity of our team. What you'll be doing Be part of a diverse and collaborative team consisting of engineers, a product manager and a designer. Design and develop features, APIs, and fixes to handle our current and future scale. Help our customers have a great experience with our products. Be a strong independent contributor. Participate in and help improve the team's agile process. Help detect technical improvement opportunities and take action to implement them. Engage with the support team as the last level of escalation for tickets. What you'll bring to the role 2-4 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Have dabbled with creating public or internal APIs. Good knowledge of programming in React,Javascript and NodeJS. A bias for well tested code and unit/integration/end to end/performance testing experience An owner mentality- you hold yourself accountable and have a relentless commitment to loving your customers A passion for working on highly reliable, scalable, and secure systems A mindset for sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of others around you And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following! Operating platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes Design, implementation, rollout and life cycle of performant and secure APIs Identity management space
