Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) - Global Technology Operations

As a Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) on the Global Technology Operations team, you will work on critical components that underpin Okta's identity and access management platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the software infrastructure and automation that powers Okta's global platform. Your mission will be to develop and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that enables Okta's innovative cloud services to operate efficiently and securely. You will work closely with product engineering teams to ensure Okta's cloud services meet the highest standards for performance, availability, and security. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure software infrastructure and automation that powers Okta's global platform - Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure Okta's cloud services meet the highest standards for performance, availability, and security - Identify and implement improvements to increase the reliability, scalability, and security of Okta's cloud services - Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for Okta's global platform - Contribute to the development of Okta's platform automation, observability, and incident response capabilities - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in cloud infrastructure and site reliability engineering
