About the role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Auth0, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to ensure they are successful with our identity platform. You will act as a technical advisor and evangelist, helping customers leverage Auth0 to solve their identity and access management challenges. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the drive to be a subject matter expert. You will work closely with our sales teams and solutions architects to help customers evaluate and implement Auth0 solutions. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their identity and access management requirements and challenges - Conduct technical discovery sessions, design workshops, and implementation planning - Provide expert-level guidance on Auth0 features, capabilities, and best practices - Work with customers to scope, design, and deliver successful Auth0 implementations - Deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and pilot deployments - Escalate and work with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues - Continuously expand your knowledge of Auth0 and the identity management landscape - Represent Auth0 at industry events and user group meetings Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a solutions engineer, technical consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role - Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.) - Extensive experience with web application development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure - Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value - Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
