Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Auth0

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Auth0) will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and improving the critical infrastructure and systems that power Auth0's cloud-based identity platform. This includes building robust, scalable, and highly available systems, ensuring high service uptime, and providing an excellent experience for our customers. You will work closely with our engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You will also collaborate with our DevOps and platform teams to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of new features and improvements. Key responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure and systems to support Auth0's cloud-based identity platform - Automate and optimize infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability - Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure - Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support for our critical systems - Mentor and guide more junior members of the team
