🚀 Hiring: Junior Okta Consultant / Developer (IAM)
We are looking for a Junior Okta Consultant / Developer with hands-on or foundational experience in Okta Identity & Access Management to support enterprise IAM implementations and application onboarding projects.
🔐 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Okta implementation and configuration
• Perform application onboarding (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC integrations)
• Configure SSO and MFA solutions
• Support user lifecycle management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes)
• Integrate Okta with Active Directory / LDAP systems
• Troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, and integration issues
• Collaborate with application and security teams
• Support documentation and testing activities
🧠 Required Skills:
• Basic experience in Okta administration or implementation
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle concepts
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP
• Basic scripting (PowerShell / JavaScript / Python preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
